Systems integration

We connect your current systems with your new tools: we first assess authorised APIs and available exports, respect the limits of your legacy software and keep human approval.

What we solve

Before promising a connection, we study each system: does it have a documented API? Does it allow reliable exports? Who authorises access? We only propose what we have verified as viable.

We do not claim every system can be integrated. Old programs with no API or orderly export have real limits, and we explain them before you invest anything.

Common problems

  • An old program holds data nobody can reuse
  • The team enters the same data in two or three systems
  • Information is out of sync between tools
  • Nobody dares touch what works, even though it slows everything else

An illustrative example

Before: a warehouse uses an old management program with no possible connection. Each day, someone exports stock by hand and forwards it for others to consult.

After: the export runs automatically at fixed times, data completeness is validated and an assistant consults that updated copy. The old program stays untouched; a person reviews discrepancy alerts.

What the engagement includes

  • A map of systems, data and possible connections
  • API connectors or automated exports
  • Validations and alerts on incomplete data
  • Documentation of each connection and its limits
  • A review plan for system changes

What we need from you

  • Authorised access and documentation for each system
  • One person who knows how each program is used
  • A decision on which data may move and which may not
  • An environment or copy for validating the connection with bounded risks

Scope and costs

Scope is agreed in writing after the initial assessment: which systems, which data, which frequency and which human validation. Where a system admits no reliable connection, we tell you before quoting the rest.

Changes in your systems (updates, new versions) can affect connections: later follow-up is agreed separately.

Frequent questions

Can you connect any system?

No. We assess authorised APIs and exports case by case. Screen scraping is fragile and only raised as a last resort, with its risks explained.

Will you modify my old program?

We generally keep the program in place: we work with copies, exports or its API and agree controls to reduce the risk to your operation.

What if there is no API or export?

Then there is a real technical limit. We study alternatives (scheduled reports, intermediate formats) and where no reliable path exists, we advise against investing in that connection.

Who approves data movements?

You do. We define what moves alone and what needs human validation, and everything stays recorded.
