Scope of this policy

This policy covers data processed through this website (visits and contact enquiries) and the operator's own administration of contracted clients (communication, invoicing and legal obligations). It does not cover client datasets processed within a project: where an engagement involves processing personal data on the client's behalf, the parties will first sign a project-specific data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR.

This website has no online checkout, user accounts, newsletter or integrated CRM. Contacting us does not subscribe you to any marketing list.

Data we process

Contact and enquiry: name and company, work email, area of interest and the message you draft.
Correspondence: the emails you send to our addresses and our replies.
Network and security: technical connection data (such as IP address and delivery and security logs) handled by the infrastructure serving the website.
Optional analytics: pseudonymous browser identifiers (_ga and _ga_* cookies) and the visited path without query parameters, only if you accept analytics.
Client administration: billing and management data, only where a contractual relationship exists.

Do not send us your clients' datasets, credentials or sensitive information in an initial enquiry: if the project requires them, we will agree a secure channel and the corresponding contractual safeguards.

How your enquiry reaches us

The contact form sends your details to our server, which forwards your enquiry by email to [email protected]. We receive your message and process it to answer your enquiry. The form requires name and company, email and message. You may also email us directly; we need a reply address and enough context to handle your request.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering pre-contractual service enquiries(Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is made at the data subject's request).
Managing professional contact with people writing on behalf of their company (legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, limited to the professional relationship as in Article 19 of the Spanish LOPDGDD).
Performing and administering contracts (Article 6(1)(b)), including invoicing and compliance with tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Keeping the site and email secure and running(legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f): preventing abuse, diagnosing incidents and keeping necessary evidence).
Measuring visits in aggregate with Google Analytics (your consent, Article 6(1)(a), which you may withdraw at any time as explained in the cookie policy).

Contacting us does not constitute consent to marketing communications, and browsing alone does not authorise processing that requires your consent.

Source of the data

Data comes from you when you write to us, or from your employer when it provides the professional contact. In that case we process only the professional data needed for the relationship.

Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for each purpose, under these criteria:

Enquiries without a contract: as long as needed to handle the conversation and its reasonable follow-up.
Contractual relationship: for the duration of the relationship and as long as needed to address potential claims arising from it.
Legal obligations: for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting or other rules.
Analytics: GA4 is configured to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, resetting the latter period with each new user activity. These periods do not apply to standard aggregated reports. See Google's retention criteria. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and clears this site's accessible cookies, as detailed in the cookie policy.

Recipients and international transfers

We do not sell your data or share it for commercial purposes. It may be accessed, as processors or technical providers, by the following categories: email services, hosting and technical support; Google, which supplies the optional analytics; and Cloudflare, which provides network delivery and security. Public bodies and authorities may also receive data where legally required, as may tax or accounting advisers involved in administering the contractual relationship.

Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, they apply the mechanisms of GDPR Chapter V (adequacy decisions where they exist, or safeguards such as standard contractual clauses). Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect. To do so, write to[email protected]stating your request; we do not require a full copy of your identity document by default, and will only ask for the data needed to verify that the request is yours where necessary.

We normally reply within one month, extendable by two further months for complex cases, informing you of the extension. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Automated decisions

This website's current contact and analytics flow includes no decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly affect you significantly.

Analytics, cookies and performance measurement

Google analytics activates only with your prior consent, is limited to the production domain, and transmits a sanitized location (origin and path, without queries or fragments) and the referrer origin, without intentionally sending form contents, names or emails. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and performance separately, without cookies or local storage, through an automatic installation that excludes visitors from the European Union.
