Scope and costs
Strategy is a bounded engagement with defined deliverables: map, roadmap and a decision session. It does not oblige you to implement anything further with us.
If you decide to continue, the roadmap's first step is quoted separately with its own scope. No implementation commitment, no lock-in.
Frequent questions
Do I need a strategy if I already know what I want?
If the case is clear, we can quote the implementation directly. Strategy helps where several options compete or the starting point is uncertain.
Does the roadmap tie me to you?
No. It is your document: you can execute it with us, with another provider or in internal phases.
How long does this engagement take?
It depends on the size of the business and the processes under review. We bound it in the proposal with deliverables and a date.
Does it include team training?
The presentation session, yes. Where the team needs broader training, training is a separate service we combine when useful.
