Custom CRM with AI in Elche

When a distributor request passes through several people, a catalogue reference, quote version or next action can get lost. We build your custom CRM with AI integrated case by case to organise catalogue requests and follow-up. For businesses in Elche, with remote service in Spanish.

These examples help you explain what needs to change. Tell us how you work today and we will agree what to build, its cost and how to check it.

Agree the first step

Start with one specific task.

We design and build your CRM around orders, catalogue and quotes. We define your company's data, permissions and connections, integrating AI individually into agreed tasks with human review and checks. Scope and costs are set out in the Adaris Tech proposal.

Illustrative workflow

How your orders and quotes could move forward

A proposed workflow to agree with your team. It is an illustrative example, not a screenshot or a customer implementation.

  1. Record the request

Distributor, catalogue reference, quantity and owner stay together.

  2. Review the quote

Keep the version, date and approval, including a missing reference or changed price.

  3. Follow the next action

See which quotes await a reply and who follows up on each one.

  4. Check the handover

Export the agreed fields and check access rights with representative examples.

Custom CRM, with AI integrated case by case

We design and build the CRM for your workflows. Each AI integration is agreed individually: for example, summarising an enquiry, extracting data from a request or drafting a follow-up. We specify authorised data, permissions, human review, acceptance checks and provider costs for each task. These are possibilities to scope with your team.

What determines the price and timeline?

First delivery
Analysis, configuration or development, checks and handover.
Data and integrations
Migration volume, source quality, APIs, permissions and recovery from failures.
Ongoing operation
Hosting, third-party licences, usage charges and maintenance listed separately.

The proposal sets the scope, milestones, calendar, price and acceptance checks before work starts. Code rights, licences, accounts and data export are agreed in writing. Describe your current tool, the step that gets stuck and an approximate monthly volume to help us scope it.

What we agree in the proposal

Catalogue request and reference

Define the minimum data saved: distributor, reference, quantity, context, date and person preparing the reply. Agree how incomplete or discontinued references are handled.

Quote and follow-up

Configure steps, owner and next contact: to review, preparing, sent, pending, accepted or closed. History should make clear what was answered and what remains.

Permissions and exchange

Test a data sample, review duplicates and deliver the agreed field export. Who can see or change data, catalogue import and connections are scoped separately.

How we check the delivery

  • Create a distributor request with the agreed reference, owner and status.
  • Find pending quotes and overdue next contacts using test examples.
  • Check that history and each person's access show only agreed information.
  • Import or export the defined sample and confirm that fields are retained.

What to tell us first

  • How distributor requests arrive and who prepares, reviews and sends a quote.
  • An anonymised example of a catalogue, request, quote and later follow-up.
  • Your current tools and fields that should be imported or exported.
  • What happens when a reference is unavailable, price changes or a request receives no reply.

Before requesting a proposal

Can it update our catalogue automatically?

Only when a viable source and connection are included in the proposal. Start with a controlled import and agree a specific synchronisation later if useful.

Does it send distributor reminders?

The CRM can show internal next steps. Email, WhatsApp or other reminders need an agreed design, authorisation and integration.

Does it replace our ERP or invoicing software?

Not by default. The solution organises opportunities and quote follow-up; inventory, orders, invoices and tax duties remain with the relevant tools.

What about historical records?

Review source, fields and duplicates before deciding. The first delivery can cover new requests and a sample, or historical migration can be quoted when useful.

Describe the step that gets stuck.

We assess fit and agree scope and budget before starting. Your first message can describe the process without sharing customer records.
