Custom CRM with AI in Alicante

A customer asks for a price, you send it, and follow-up gets scattered across email, Excel and WhatsApp. We build your custom CRM with AI integrated case by case to organise enquiries, quotes and next actions. For businesses in Alicante, with remote service in Spanish.

Does this happen in your business?

These examples help you explain what needs to change. Tell us how you work today and we will agree what to build, its cost and how to check it.

Unassigned enquiry

An enquiry arrives by email and another by phone. Record each one and make someone responsible for replying.

Agree the first step

Start with one specific task.

We design and build the CRM around your team's enquiries: its data, stages, permissions and follow-up. Each AI integration is scoped individually, with authorised data, human review and agreed checks. Development, connections and costs are set out in the Adaris Tech proposal.

Illustrative workflow

How your enquiries could move forward

A proposed workflow to agree with your team. It is an illustrative example, not a screenshot or a customer implementation.

  1. Record the enquiry

Capture the requested service and check whether the contact already exists.

  2. Assign an owner

Each enquiry has a responsible person, a stage and a dated next action.

  3. Recover pending work

Find unanswered enquiries and quotes that need another conversation.

  4. Check the handover

Review duplicate handling, access rights and export with an agreed sample.

Custom CRM, with AI integrated case by case

We design and build the CRM for your workflows. Each AI integration is agreed individually: for example, summarising an enquiry, extracting data from a request or drafting a follow-up. We specify authorised data, permissions, human review, acceptance checks and provider costs for each task. These are possibilities to scope with your team.

What determines the price and timeline?

First delivery
Analysis, configuration or development, checks and handover.
Data and integrations
Migration volume, source quality, APIs, permissions and recovery from failures.
Ongoing operation
Hosting, third-party licences, usage charges and maintenance listed separately.

The proposal sets the scope, milestones, calendar, price and acceptance checks before work starts. Code rights, licences, accounts and data export are agreed in writing. Describe your current tool, the step that gets stuck and an approximate monthly volume to help us scope it.

What we agree in the proposal

Entry and classification

Define the minimum information recorded when an enquiry arrives, how the service is identified, which steps the team understands and when an entry is ready for review.

Owner and next step

Give each enquiry an owner and dated next action. Agree who can see or change each item, internal reminders and the history worth keeping.

Reviewable data

Test a sample, identify duplicates and define import and export. Connections with forms, email, calendars, invoicing or other tools are assessed and quoted separately.

How we check the delivery

  • Record, classify and assign an enquiry with the agreed fields and access.
  • Find enquiries without a response and overdue next steps using test examples.
  • Check that each person sees and changes only agreed information.
  • Export a sample in the agreed format and review the included change history.

What to tell us first

  • How service enquiries arrive today and who receives, classifies and answers them.
  • Your stages, the person responsible for each step and what a next action means.
  • Your current tool and spreadsheet export columns, without personal data in the first enquiry.
  • An anonymised example of an enquiry that was lost or left without follow-up.

Before requesting a proposal

Do we need to change CRM?

We build a custom CRM and agree which data to migrate and which systems to keep or connect. If your current tool already meets the need, we will say so before proposing development.

Does it automatically connect every form and email?

Only when an authorised and feasible connection is explicitly included. A first delivery can start with manual records or controlled import.

Does it include quotes or invoices?

The scope organises enquiries and next steps. Quote sending, invoicing and tax compliance require their own decisions and tools.

Can we export our data?

Yes, define fields and export format within the scope. Ownership, licences, access and any custom code are set out in writing.

Describe the step that gets stuck.

We assess fit and agree scope and budget before starting. Your first message can describe the process without sharing customer records.
